Hello!
Thanks for watching that Sunday afternoon video from my loft (bedhead and strawberries included).
This week was filled with social events, including two hosted by Substack, which meant I found myself introducing myself — and this newsletter — over and over again to new people curious about this space we’re building.
I named this Substack after an old saying, “I hope this finds you in the pink,” which means, “in very good health.”
That felt like the right anchor for a reimagined conversation about what it means to thrive in today’s world. One that doesn’t start in a doctor’s office or with a list of restrictions — but by reclaiming our daily decisions to live with more energy, vitality and joy.

As a health optimization coach, I work at the intersection of science, lifestyle and longevity, supporting my private clients through the hormonal, metabolic and body composition shifts that come with midlife aging. But this space is broader — it lets me to explore the modalities, products and services that actually deliver results to save you time, effort and yes, even money.
My hope is that this (mostly free) newsletter makes vital health information more accessible and actionable for a wider community (aka you — my curious rebels.) If you’re new here, or just missed a few posts, here are some of the most-read stories covering everything from hormones to jet lag.
Improving Body Composition > Survival of the Strongest
Strategizing Coverage > The Rebel’s Guide to Health Insurance
Navigating Hormones > Climbing the Summit of Menopause
Reconsidering Alcohol > Life of the Party
Avoiding Jet Lag > Optimized on the Fly
Exploring Peptides > Heal Like a Superhuman
And, today I’m soft launching something new.
The PERKS page — a curated hub of trusted brands, products and services I’ve personally vetted (with some VIP discounts or special offers). These are the tools I use, recommend to my clients, and stand behind. Everything on the list is there to make your health journey feel more supported or just a little more enjoyable. I’ll keep adding perks, so check back often.
Thanks for being here. More good things soon.
