I take creatine everyday for bone/muscle mass benefits (and brain- although I know more research needs to be done around that) but I didn’t realize it could be benefiting my sleep too. Thanks for that tip!

I took the double dose of creatine to help with brain fog and sluggishness during the day from LACK of sleep the night before. I'm not sure how much it helped me with sleep the night of but I did get a 93 on my Oura ring, which isn't often these days. More likely it was being outdoors in the sun all day and moving my body which helped course correct my circadian clock!

Meant to leave this reply on your comment >>>> If you are starting a NAD+ cycle, a common dose is 20 units / 20 mg sub-q 2-3 times a week. Some choose to increase slowly to 100 units / 100 mg. I've been cycling NAD+ for a while so I can sometimes do a one-time larger dose without any side effects. Thank you so helpful - I got 4 hours sleep one night last week too (had to do live course training UK time) and have to do another night this week - so will try and get some Creatine in meantime.

Yes! I take creatine every morning but added some extra yesterday to deal with the poor sleep. Good luck with your course! .
