I believe they use this a lot for rehab and with older clients to minimize injury and excessive weight on joints. It has definitely made me stronger!

I’ve been doing EMS for four years, both as a trainer and a trainee, and it’s been incredible for strengthening my body. I love that it’s accessible to all fitness levels and a perfect supplement to maintaining a healthy, fit lifestyle. EMS has truly been a game-changer for me!
