Dementia and brain health...more fantastic reasons to lean into HRT. I am so grateful our generation is unearthing the right research and tactics to care for ourselves and achieve longevity.

I literally just attended a webinar with Dr Mosconi. She is so brilliant. Also we all need to manage our blood sugar because insulin resistance is so common in menopause and it’s a leading risk factor for dementia. Go Gen X for shouting about women’s health!!

Sounds amazing! Blood sugar balancing is everything — I was grateful to be turned onto this by my nutritionist years ago and subsequently wrote a piece earlier this year for Halle Berry’s menopause publication Re-Spin. During a time when we feel we are spiraling with no control (thanks hormones), blood sugar balancing gives some back.

Totally. Managing my blood sugar has been a game changer. But it’s getting trickier with declining estrogen. It’s so interconnected. Love that you know so much about this. I wish everyone did!!
