Love to aspire to and learn from shared routines! Weekday rituals include coffee (right now, the pistachio Nespresso espresso pod with half A2 2% milk and half organic almond milk is divine), personal emails because I simply cannot tackle them after a long workday, and a 15-minute weighted vest walk.

Walking really does cure everything. It's the perfect start to the day, a break in the afternoon and to get your blood sugar down after dinner. It clears my mind as well as helps me process ideas. Thanks for sharing your routine!

Appreciate this interview and prompt to reflect on morning habits! Gosh, I really wish I didn’t pick up my phone first thing in the morning as often as I do, but it happens. That said, my favorite morning ritual usually comes just before that; a brief moment of presence. It often comes from something simple, like noticing the softness and comfort of my sheets and bed, or the sunlight beginning to creep into the room. If I’m lucky, my youngest has crawled into bed with me, and I get to take in the sight of her sleeping peacefully beside me. There's a small moment of calm and gratitude that I love connecting to before the busyness of the day takes over.

I love the idea of blocking out a chunk of time for movement in the morning. I always do a morning walk but if a block out 30 more minutes I could definitely get a workout in.

Love this glimpse into morning rituals! I found myself taking walks first thing in the morning when I was visiting London for a week. It really set me up for uplifting energizing days. Hope to bring the habit back home. I still haven't come around to weighted vests. Maybe you can convince me, Celia!

So many morning walkers in this community! I think its a great practice to get some gentle movement in before the day starts. A weighted vest is an easy add-on. Start with 8 pounds and you'll be amazed how a stroll around the neighborhood becomes a work-out.

The wildest ritual I just completed - stay with me here - is writing out an abundance manifestation 55 times for 5 days in a row. Seemed harmless and woo-woo cute. Lo and behold it was a beast - and I have many thoughts to share about this exercise!

well here's the THING - the ;did it work; speaks to there being a result or end all, right? ...which apparently with these types of things, their always is some magic pay off - that being said - I found the PROCESS itself to be the 'payoff' - as I learned a lot!!

My morning ritual is a daily reading from Journey to the Heart, a Pique Nandaka with A2 half & half while I listen to the birds and watch the sun rise on my patio.
