…is a modern take on an old expression that means — in very good health.

A few times a month in the form of a short newsletter, I’ll offer my musings on thought-provoking topics in the wellness space. I’ll include some valuable information from leaders in the field including doctors, scientists, nutritionists, chefs, practitioners, biohackers and authors.

From superfoods to sleep trackers and mushrooms to microbiome, I’ll pass along anything I’ve discovered that might support your everyday wellbeing — synthesized into bite-sized pieces or actionable steps.

About me

Hi, I’m Celia Chen.

I’m an advisor, investor and early stage Chief Marketing Officer for health and wellness brands. I’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the brightest minds on a mission to solve complex problems.

After suffering the loss of loved ones to cancer and watching my peers struggle with chronic disease, I wanted to redefine the traditional definition of “being well.”

My personal journey led me to reverse my own prediabetes and reduce my symptoms with diet and lifestyle instead of pharmaceuticals — radically changing my energy, strength and resilience.

A self-proclaimed biohacker and now a certified integrative health coach for private clients, I’m committed to using education to inspire change in people’s behavior and habits, empowering them to support their body, mind and spirit.

We can have the extraordinary life we dream of — if we have our health and vitality.
